A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Daily Maid service is provided (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.

Best Place on the Island

We stayed in the Penthouse – the one next door to the Marriott with the giant patio / balcony right over Seven Mile Beach. This unit sleeps 7 (a king size, a queen, a twin in with a set of bunkbeds). There were only two of us so we can only rate the bed in the master bedroom – I slept like a rock every night. I think it’s a temperpedic bed and you never felt your partner moving around – was very comfortable. The whole condo was amazing – beautiful modern granite / tile kitchen and baths. Spacious living and dining room. All the comforts of home. The Marriott was right next door, a simple two foot wall to step over for the best mudslides at the Vista Bar after your day on the beach. Seriously – we tried mudslides all over the island and these were by far the best but, a very crowded beach and hotel. We walked the beach one night (bring bug spray!!! I cannot stress this enough!) and there was not one location (including the Ritz Carlton) that we would have rather stayed. I’m sure the Ritz is fancy and comfortable but in the end, it’s just a ROOM along with the crowded beaches and beach chairs to go with it. We had a HOME to return to each day and a calm uncrowded beach. Never had a problem getting chairs with an umbrella (you really do need shade at times!) and all of this a mere 100′ or so from your condo. Best views anywhere – I watched a lightening storm early one morning over the ocean while watching the sunrise behind the complex at the same time – was strange to be able to see both. There is daily maid service (other than Sunday) and everything but your own food is provided. Kirk Market – 5 minutes away – was an amazing grocery store – I agree with other reviews – comparable to Whole Foods. There is a great dive shop also just down the road (same complex as Chicken! Chicken!) where the people were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are plenty of things to do but we both agreed, if we had another 7 days and NO where to go, the beach and condo would still have made for a 5 star vacation! Carol, Cinnamon, Jennifer – all great people to deal with. You won’t regret a stay at this unit! The balcony alone was worth the stay!

Fantastic!

Our family from Virginia just got back from our vacation. This condo has to be the best place to stay on 7 Mile Beach. I can’t say enough about the beautiful views from outside and inside. We just loved it! The VRBO description of the property is very accurate. Its well equipped and in a great location where you can easily walk to restaurants and stores.

Jennifer (the property manager) was so helpful to us and the maid service did a good job each day. We liked being right next door to the Marriott so if we wanted to we could walk over to the bar or sign up for an excursion at the Red Sail Sports office on their property. It was also nice to hear some of their live music in the early evening out on the porch. We did do a Red Sail early morning snorkeling excursion that took us to Sting Ray City and a 2nd location. We had to get up a little early (and meet in the Marriott lobby at 7:10) but I would recommend it.

We got to see the sting rays when it wasn’t crowded…. lots of boats were arriving as we left. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of the Regal Beach Club. We never had an issue getting seating at any time of day. On the other hand we could see people at the Marriott going outside beginning at 6:30 am selecting their chairs for the day. There was really nothing we disliked on our trip.

A slight negative is that one evening we walked to Coconut Joes for dinner. It’s a cute outside beach bar. We went around twilight. The service and food were good — but the mosquitoes were really horrible. We put on bug spray but they were even all over the food when it arrived. It was hard to enjoy it. A few other very short walk places to eat that

we enjoyed were Chicken Chicken, Peppers, XQ’s Pizza, Craft Pub, and Cimboco (we especially liked Cimboco…..very good food and service. We went twice!) We’ve been to 4 other Caribbean islands and have always stayed in hotels. It was our first time at the Cayman Islands and first time renting a VRBO. We loved every minute of our vacation!! We highly recommend this condo and are so happy we rented it. We will be back!

Awesome family getaway

What a great week! We had 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 7,5,3. Beautiful condo, great location. The Marriott next door was very convenient for easy food and drinks, and the central location on 7 mile beach was nice. Will certainly be back. Thx

Lovely Stay!

We loved staying in the penthouse unit 131 at Regal Beach Club. The patio was our favorite part. We spent every night up there watching the beautiful sunsets. We will miss this place. We were a family of six and it was PERFECT for our large family. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beach towels, in unit laundry was a plus, and we loved the home’s details. Jennifer checked us in and she was very kind. The cleaning staff was wonderful. I can’t say enough great things!

Beautiful views, awesome condo!!!!

We stayed for the week of 4th of July 2016 and had a great time. Condo was exactly what we hoped for and everything was as advertised. Amazing panoramic views of a beautiful beach was the highlight for us. All 3 bedrooms were perfect, especially the master with its views. Cleaning staff was great and kept the place picked up and clean each day. Cable and Wifi were on point, what else do you need really? Only thing I would have preferred was being able to fully open both sliding glass doors all the way instead of only 1/2 of one of them. I get that bugs and A/C are an issue but for $5k a week I should be able to open the sliders at will. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to put out the patio awnings which would have been nice to block the sun, but wasn’t sure how to do it or if we were even allowed to. Only other issue is the Marriott people who setup on the Regal Beach Club chairs and umbrellas every day. The security guard was nonexistent during the day to chase them off, and only showed up at night to police the pool area.
